Sponsorship Intelligence is able to police the Internet for mention of defined terms such as sponsor and federation brands. An automated system monitors the WWW for sites that abuse marques and intellectual property. This can range from establishing those sites that are encouraging negative commentary about an event or sport through to illegal sale of, say, official licensed goods.
The system works 24/7. Reports are produced on-line with visual grabs of the offending site and details of the site’s ISP provided. If needed, SMS text messaging and emails can alert clients immediately of transgressions.
Furthermore, we are able to complement the service with provision of legal expertise that can force sites to remove offending items or even help close sites that are acting unlawfully.
